4039, 4029, 4020 & Dect 400 in Attendant Group

Post by Harry »

Hi,

i've to solve a special task :)

the customer have an "dynamic attendant place" (the woman by the attendant is not all time on the place). So other people in the offices around the attendant place must pickup the attendant calls with their sets (4039, 4029, 4020 & Dect 400).

Now i had 2 solutions but neither works 100% fine.

1. Solution
Entity & Attendant Group Call Distribution: 1st Day routing: Incoming greeting guide with routing to a parallel hunting group (with 4039, 4029, 4020 & Dect 400 inside).
The problem: the sets in a parallel hunting group can't have multiline keys so if you have a call (e.g. 4039) and a second call come in it don't camped on because the sets are singleline

2. Solution
Entity & Attendant Group Call Distribution: 1st Day routing: Incoming greeting guide with routing to the 4039 with multiline keys (mcdu 100).
The other sets (4029, 4020 & Dect 400) have a set supervision key (mcdu 100)
The problem: after the incoming greeting guide you will not listening the waiting guide (2) but you will listen the normal ringing tone.
This would be the better solution, but without the waiting guide i can't install.

does anyone have a idea :?:

make the hunting group with virtual extensions and supervise them from the actual sets. In this way the sets can be (and must be) multiline.
