share port 802.1q and vlan stacking

Dear Guru,

My current network is like this :
os6450 - cisco - cisco - os6450

the connection from all devices above is trunk(802.1q) and I only have one link to carry my client's traffic and for Management.
and now, I will set vlan stacking on os6450, my question is, is it possible to make 802.1q port and NNI port in one port?
so one port can carry 802.1q tag and vstack tag.
