Transferring license of OT manuals

Hi

I am trying to transfer the OT manuals to a new laptop.
I go to license viewer choose the licence- go to "Transfer license" - "deactivate now" - it seems to connect and says "deactivation failed"

I have internet access.
Can somebody please tell me if there is any other way of transferring it?

Seems you will have to open an SR in ALU to have it transferred.

Thanx Joao, I have been trying to get onto the portal couple of times today to log an SR but struggling. will try again tomorrow.
