Hello!

I need to play a message before the 4059 attendant receive the call. I am doing this like incoming call voice guide.

- I am using common hardware with GD3;
- The introADPCM.msk file is under /usr7/vgadpcm/flash/custom directory;
- I created the Flash Voice Guide under System > Go down > Flash Voice Guide Configuration (index: 200, language choice: specific flash VG file, flash file: introADPCM.msk);
- I created the Voice Guide Index under Shelf > Go down > Go down > Voice Guide Index MG (shelf: 2, board: 0, VG item: 2, voice guide: specific voice guide, specific index: 200);
- I can see the file introADPCM.msk in the slot 2 using the command vgstat 2 0;
- Now, like explained in the expert manual, I need to create the voice guide as follow:

Voice Guide Number: 561
Function Select: Intern+extern chained voice guide
Voice Guide Start: No
Backup Tone: 56
Internal message number: 200 (flash VG index)
External message number: 2 (MOH)

and I receive the error "Voice Guide No.: Tone is not a voice guide".

The question is: Is my procedure correct? If not, where is the error or how I can put a message to play before the 4059 attendant?
