Handset not seen by DAP

I have a new installation of IP-DECT 4080 where the handsets are subscribed, but they are not seen by the DAP. In DAP Manager presence is Unknown and registration status is Absent.

Handsets are 300 and user is programmed as GAP+

What could be the source of this problem??

Maybe a patch update, I've a simular problem and update to j2.501.23.

If possible update to R10.1.1 j2.603.20.i or higher to prevent DB problems related to GAP handsets. In fact the IP Base is registering the handsets as SIP Extension on IPBS-IP. Maybe you can check your IP connectivity and make a capture of the traffic.

Solved.
Thanks for your replies. I have found the solution to this issue.
The type of DECT system was not changed in the PBX from RBS to IBS. After this change, everything worked out fine.
