How to ring two OT users simultaneously

Hi,

I am looking for a way to be able to ring two (or more) OT users in the same time.

from the r1.2, it is possible to do that, but the problem is that only the 8082 phones have the information (using the "user group")

you create a OT user, with an anymobile device, the number managed on the anymobile device goes to the OXE ARS, from the ARS, you go back to the numbering plan, and you ring a virtual user. it is working fine, but you have the only the information of supervision on the 8082 (pickup icon), and a bip, no information on the other devices (like ipad)

I tried to find another way to ring two ot users simultaneously, but cannot find it (by using the OXE features, or OT)

someone has an idea to do that?

Are the 2 or more OT devices for one user? or are they separate users?

each OT users have 1,2, 3, or more devices

For the moment, the "user group" feature exist to ring only the 8082 device, when you call 2 OT users (or more than 2) by dialing a unique number.
What i want to do, it is to ring all the devices (or the ones I have selected) when I call two OT users simultaneously.

For the moment, with this feature, I cannot ring all the devices of the OT users, so I am looking for another way to do that, call 2, or more than 2 OT users, and to ring all the devices (or the devices I want) simultaneously by dialing a unique number (like hunt group on the OXE)
