EXCEL STATISTICS ARE EMPTY

Hi,

Since this morning, my customer can't generate Excel statistisc. When he generates statistics, there is an windows error and the CCS close.

I have desinstalled CCS, delete CCS folder under ProgramData then I have reinstall the CCS software.
The CCS retrieve automatically the pabx configuration. I don't know where it finds the CCS.INI. I have looked on ProgramsFile, Programs, Program Data, User/appdata, ...., I don't find CCS.ini.

Now, when I generate statistisc, the excel file is empty. There are just the column with title.

The PC is under Win7.

What is the CCS version you use?

I don't it is related to CCS but to Excel. Which Excel version?

Hi Cavagnaro,

I need your help in solving a problem of CCS.
scenario:
PBX - OXE R11.0.1_022a
CCS - 10.01.90.01
Excel - 2010
Win 7

problem:
When prompted for the generation of statistics, reports and graphs are
shown empty.

Already uninstalled and Excel CCS but still the reports and graphs empty.

do you have any idea what might be happening?

Hi,

The ccs.ini file is here : C:\ProgramData\Alcatel\CCSupervisor
(windows 7/2008)

If you install CCS in "windows terminal server" option, ccs.ini file is here : C:\Users\userfolder\AppData\Local\Alcatel\CCSupervisor

Did you solve this problem?

I had very similar, when the Excel is opened it shows many errors and at the end shows an empty statistics. Shows the template TEMP but empty.

Is it necessary to have installed all Office 2010 suite installed? or is it enough with excel 2010?

I don't know what to do with this error

That seems to be an error with the Excel template where it has lose its Macros by some reason.
Try reinstalling CCS

I've reinstalled many times :(. Different versions.

Finally, I reinstalled Excel and it works ok.
