Casual conference in 4400

A 4400 system R5 (unix) is equiped with sofware license and a GPA board in order to support casual conference. The facility was working fine, when it was installed, a couple of years ago. The customer complains now that the feature is not available. I checked the configuration, I replaced the GPA board, I even made restart of the system, but conference does not start.

What modularity is configured in GPA for master or meet me conference?
On user COS is casual conference allowed?

GPA modularity is 4X7 and phone category of the phone allows the feature. In general, all related parameters (under "system") are as in the documentation.

cfnstat - conference circuit - ready (4x7, add-on)?
Not working - when you establish 3-way conference - absent key "Add-on"?

The set (4020, 4010, etc) is equipped with a "conference" key and everything is fine up to 3-way conference, then the process to establish 6-party can not be completed. Pressing the key, nothing happens and an attempt to make a new call releases the last participant of the conference

Maybe you have updated the license key and casual conference is no longer present.
Please go to /usr3/mao and run cfgUpdate and let us see the output:
52 Maximum simultaneous casual conferences : ?

I am afraid that is what happened, the license is lost. However, I checked cfgUpdate and the key 52 does not exit (last key present is 51-Set display language)

No. You should have a field for that and the value should be 0 (maybe is not 52 for your sw release). You should update the value with desired value, save and reboot (double bascul for redundancy --> keep in mind to update also on st-by cpu).
I do not know really if in older sw releases this was treated differently....
Regards.

Could be normal for that release. Can you also post the spadmin active file output?
