Phone Problem

I'm new to the OXO PBX system and I have a problem with a couple of our phones. These phones are working fine except we cannot transfer to another extension. When a call comes in the extension (i.e. 203) the user picks it up using "14". He then enters the internal extension to transfer it to (e.g. "205"). The person on x205 picks up the transfer, user replaces the handset on x203 but then x203 starts ringing - x205 never gets the transfer.
The phones wiith the problem are model 4010 (Easy). We have other models (4004 - First) and these are fine. Do I need to look at the PM5 configuration? Also, how is the phone programmed to pick up an call using "14"

You need to make modification in PM5: PM5/ System Miscellaneous/ Feature Design/ Part2/ Transfer by on hook - mark it. By default, 4010 is multiline set, and 4004 - monoline, therefore they have different behaviour. There are group call pickup and individual pickup in system. To programm group for call pickup you need to go to PM5/ Pickup Groups.
