SIP Extension cant communicate with another extensions

Hi all,

I have created one lifesize conference phone with OXE 9.0. LifeSize phone successfully registered as SIP extension.

But when I am dialing from SIP extension I am getting busy tone. and I cant receive the call from another extensions also. I tried with SIP device but its same.

SIP Extension is 4380 and IP address is 172.16.1.97 and CS is 172.16.0.91

First of all, read the docs. SIP extension is used only for phone features (SEPLOS mode).
Any other equipment (video, confrence bridges etc) should be configured as SIP device.

I have configured as SIP device also. but the device cant make and receive the calls. I need the phone features only through this conference phone.

Thanks for the Documents..but this documents is for the integration with Lifesize codec(Express series and Room Series)and OXE. But in my case I have lifesize conference Phone only there is no codec.

Actually it shouldn't matter -you get an idea how both sides are configured.

Hi...from this sip Phone now I can make calls ( Internal and External). But I cant receive the calls. I tried as SIP Extension and SIP Device...In both case I can make the calls but I cant receive the calls. I have tried with different codec also but same symptom.

Please suggest.............

Lol new one of course. iBall with 128Gb ram so it can see beyond and even got the iPossesion addon so I can now do remote support by using the end user as a medium and be on site without traveling . Amazing stuff!!
