Trouble connecting with software SIP

Hi there

Im trying to connect blink to OXO 9.1, when i do a SIP trace i get the following

Im pretty new to all this SIP stuff so im not really sure whats going on. There are no firewalls to speak of and no ports are blocked so i cant understand why this connection would not be working.

Any help or pointing in the right direction for reading would be very much appreciated.

You should register like this:
From: "Jake" <sip:1234@192.168.0.99>;tag=ed28f4ffde994e56a83a11f36ccfacee

Where 1234 is a SIP extension declared in OXE.

Hi tot3nkopf

I think i am doing as you said, the user is listed as basic SIP in the subscribers section of the OXO. I attached a photo of the list. I have changed the port on the SIP phone to use 5059 as opposed to the SIP standard 5060, but it seems as though this ICMP response is stopping the handshake. Im reading everything i can, but any help is appreciated.
