Trouble connecting with software SIP

Hi there
Im trying to connect blink to OXO 9.1, when i do a SIP trace i get the following

Im pretty new to all this SIP stuff so im not really sure whats going on. There are no firewalls to speak of and no ports are blocked so i cant understand why this connection would not be working.
Any help or pointing in the right direction for reading would be very much appreciated.
