Ringing carries on after call taken back

Hi Guys

I have an issue on an OXO Release 800/040.001 where the switchboard (4039) transfers the call to users (ip phones) and she is supposed to take the call back if it is not answered withing 3 rings. She is able to take the call back but the set keeps on ringing until swb drops the call.

Is there a setting for release on the ringing of the set? I tried changing various parameters but it stays the same. It almost seems like the network keeps the ringing alive on the set even though I do not think this is possible. call quality on network is perfect.

Incoming lines is analog...my analog to analog joining is off.

It was a network problem. reset network and all is working
