Call back from DECT 400

When using IPtouch 4028 we have an option to call back someone after a missed call
From DECT 400, we see missed called, but when using call back key, there is a message telling that this function is forbidden.
I compared all rights for user and they have same numbers used in configuration rights

Is this possible? or is there something to an in DECT 400 configuration to make it work?
