Difference Standard- and Business-User

Hello Folks,

I have one question:
What is the difference between "Standard" and "Business"-User in OXE R10.1.1?

And how can I create a Standard or a Business-User in mgr? For example: If I have 10 Standard- and 10 Business-User in my OPS-File, how can I create the concerning user?
