Tried to login via WCA, and passord failed any help ?

Try to change password for this particular user in WBM( Web based management). First you must create some users in WBM with WCA rights, if you have not done this before. This users are independant from users in PM5/OMC. But In WCA menu you can create link between WCA user and its telephone set.
