Alcatel Unleashed

Hi,
I've just installed 4058/4059 on two different XP pc's.
The config is:
A 4035 with a 4094CTI module is connected to the PC on com1.
On first sight there seems to be no problem and the app works just fine but if I try to configure a Function button I get the following message:

Title window= 4059MAX.exe Application error

The instruction at "0x00444bbf" referenced memory at "0x000000000"
The memory could not be read

<OK> <Cancel>

Clicking OK or Cancel causes the application to abort either way.
This error appears on both PC's
Does anyone have a explanation for this problem?

Which A4059 Version? 4.016.9?

It seems to be 4.014.13.
Is there a free upgrade available? We don't want to buy a fully new softwarepackage.

Costs licence, not SW versions

This is the version which is running in another site, the version that's gives problems is 4059_4.016_9 on XP machine.

Doesn't exist newer SW, I think You need to open eSR.

Do You have TC0910? Exist restriction, compatibilities,...

What is the service pack on Windows XP and are you having the PC compliant with Alcatel BIOS modifications ??
