CPU Usage Utilization 100%

Dear All,

I have problem with 7750 SR-7 Router..

When I found IP VPRN service loopback, and then vrrp discard the packet

VRRP check failed
"Discarded VRRP packet from 10.253.68.60 because packet is looped back to itself!"

then the cpu usage raise until 100%

the contribution of CPU Usage is

IP Stack
VRRP
and Logging..

Please can you give me reason why this happen.. And The solution must I do. Thanks

Sounds like you have a loop in your network if your own VRRP packets are being sent back to you.

You need to fix this, perhaps using a loop prevention technology such as Spanning Tree or MAC Move.

the main contribution is management.. so can you helpme why this happen.. and from where this happened?
