Voice Guide Directly Access Prefix
It's possible create a prefix or a ghost user to play a specific voice guide directly?

What are you trying to achieve?
"Be aware ask a stupid question without at least trying to find the answer first you may get a stupid answer....."

I don't think that this is possible.
You could send incoming calls to an incoming greeting guide, but not for an overflow on a hunt group.
Do you have a voicemail system? Perhaps you can set the overflow to a virtual extension that has a direct forward to voicemail.
Then you records the message as a welcome message of the voicemail box.
