Pulse metering

Hi,
I have an OXE R7.0 and Im using 4715 Call Accounting based on duration.
Now I want to use the same SW based on units. I use APA4 and APA8 boards, so as I know I have to add some doughterboards on them in order to get pulses from Telecom provider. In actis there are 2 itemes relatit to this

3EH73044CA 16KHz metering card and
3EH37003AA 12/16 KHz charge unit detector(4) for analog trunk board

which of them I have to order and how many of them are used in an APA4 or APA8 board?

I checked in Actis.
Actis gives 1pcs. 3EH73044CA 16KHz metering card for APA4,
2pcs. 3EH73044CA 16KHz metering card for APA8.

In Albania the telecom provider uses 12KHz pulse metering. Using these 16KHz Daughterboards do you think it will work?
