IP SoftPhone voice late

My ALU system 9.1 and intalled softphone 10.0.6 and used 50 softphone client on the window8 but some times outgoing voice 4-5 second to late
Pc on the not working firewall and antivirüs protection
I wonder is it must be on swich Qos and other wlan configuration?
where is the problem?

is it validated on Win8? I have seen delay and bad speech on win8 using myic softphone which is not validated and Alcatel says it is not ready yet.
have you issues if on win 7 pc?

yep win8 and 8.1 installation available this version I can read the to document and I think this problem not on the pc software and I can try to win7 but same
we are fast speak some times is late I have my ip 70 channel conversation and %10 busy of the channel

Can I must be configured to Qos ?
