OSPF reference bandwidth?

I'm setting up OSPF in mixed alcatel and cisco network. Link speeds range from 100mb to 20gb. I've adjusted the reference bandwidth on the cisco gear using "auto-cost reference-bandwidth 100000". However, I don't see an option to set the reference bandwidth on the 6900s, or any documentation stating what the reference bandwidth is. Am I just missing it or is it not configurable? What is it by default?

Any insights would be appreciated!
