This program work without installation. You should use only file SwkShow.exe .
Maybe you have a bad arhive?

think swkshow don't work with R8 because R8 has 6 Bit and > 7.1 has 4 bit in OPS

Works great for me on releases under 8
Will not work on release 8
But it is a realy nice tool. Would like to see a new one
for the newer releases/

I have made escataion on the R 8 issue to Alcatel R&D Team , the new tool from BPWS also not working with 6 digit R 8 swk Files !!

It can work if you try to do this through Actis.
