4038 boot problem after Update to j1.410.63

Hi everybody ,

We have done a patch update on 6 systems. From R.10.0 j1.410.38.c to j1.410.63
The most of the phones are 4038. The update went well but arround 20% of the phones are not comming up. They where out of service. Same problem on all systems.
All the systems using a external DHCP Server.
After unplug and plug in again ,the phones are going in service. It seems that the phone had some problems with the binary download. Because all phones was shown in the ippstat menu that they need a new binary.

Does anybody simular expirience or an idea ?

In phone feature COS you have item "download police" - try to use ASAP.
As I remember - default - delay download (after 20:00).
