V24 connection to another OXO thru T0 access

System with R410/41
A new generation V24 interface (4093) is connected to a 4039 set.
The V24 output is terminated to a Com Port of a PC.
then i use the V24 interface to dial-out via my T0 access connected to the OXO to another OXO.

What are the configurations i need to do?

I don't get what your trying to do...

Are you trying to recieve cost tickets?
Service is possible with ISDN modem...
So please explane.
