Error Backup OPS file

hi
when I do a backup OPS on CPU disk ,I have the message of error WARNING: no valid HA0AJ01A.hw file.

please Can any one have the same problem to help me .

When you install OPS files - you need to have 4 files - HA0AJ01A.hw, HA0AJ01A.swk, hardware.mao, HA0AJ01A.zip.
Check in /DHS3data/mao folders - this files present or not.

As answered in other post yours, load full licenses. Ask your Pre-sales team to provide them.

Can I use FileZila Ftp server in order to transfer OPS to USER4\BACKUP\OPS ?

Oxe is the ftp server you need a common ftp client. Are you sure you are ACFE?
