lanpower configuration lost

Hi,
I´m having trouble to keep lanpower configuration after a power outage.
Every time the switch is restarted, all the configuration is restored except the lanpower section.
I have to log in the switch and manually re-enter the lanpower start 1 command.
I'm saving the configuration with: write memory and copy working certified commands.
What can be wrong?

Thanks in advance.

I would upgrade to a newer release..
There is a 6.6.1.859
I would upgrade to 6.6.3.552 (needs fpga/miniboot as well..)
and see if the problem persists.. i have 6250 with poe but not with such a old software.
