'Set must be multi-line'

Morning All,

I've been dealing with our college's phone system now for about 6months and I'm slowing getting my head around it all, so I'm sorry if this is all very vague.

The Headmaster's PA has come to me with a request. She wants to be able to see a visual indicator when the Headmaster's phone rings, on her handset, and then have the same key to answer said phone. I know this to be possible because there is one other phone on campus that has this feature with numerous extensions. I checked our system to see if I could replicate the settings over to the PA's handset. However, every time I try and set the function 'set supervisor' an error pops up saying 'Set must be multi-line'.
I've 'copied' the reception phone setting (which does work) to the PA's handset and still the error pops up. They are both 4035T, I'm using the graphical view to program the keys (assuming thats the only way) and on the OmniVista 4760 system.

Something I'm missing??
