I would like to ask you what does means (hs) that appear when I type command trkstat

I have checked the trunk line but found it connected to the pbx

hs still...cable broken, short circuit, voltages variating, etc. You have to do a proper discard and not just look a cable connected...

I would like to thank you , the problem has been solved but there is other thing that some trunk lines I found them Busy by using the command trkstat when I checked them from the main MDF I found the line is open but it is not used. when I disconnected the cable that is connected to the PBX ,the line is working normal .

reset the equipement or the whole interface board

Thank you haroun, I have done reset and it is ok now.
