Stuck Keys:(Config 4)

Greetings to all!

I have a telephone 4018 that shows in screen Stuck Keys:(Config 4). When the usuary mark does not change the message but can make its call.

Somebody can say to me where to consult this error or that can be?

does the phone has any damage key? or two buttons holded down that are not able to digit/press down?
