AFAIK, Ifadmindown means that you not enable the interface (shutdown),

it little bit strange that you had enable the interface but the notifcation IfAdminDown still persists,
maybe you should try to shut/no shut the interface?

I've already done shut/noshut couple of times.
actually, it worked fine first time but i have got some problem in our system (i guess memory problem),then I rebooted system.
after that interface does not come up.
it is strange that it only took about 1min 30 seconds completed reboot with the command admin reboot now.
I just tried to have same topology by using gns3 simulator. it happened again.
any body has idea for that?
