Transfer external incoming call between 2 interconnected oxo

Hello everybody,

Well, like said in the title, I would like to know if it's possible to transfer an external incoming call from site A to an internal set on site B, assuming that both sites are equipped with two identical Oxo with 2 voip cards on each powerCpu and all the necessary licenses and configuration is made (I mean both oxo will be interconnected)

I need to know this so the customer who owns both sites is sure that he can manage all incoming external calls with only one operator on site A (he doesn't have an operator on site B).

Thanks for the quick reply.

I asked this question because I have already a customer with 2 interconnected oxo via voip and this feature never worked for him.

Maybe there are some parameters I forgot to configure so that I can get this option to work.

Any help please!

Maybe? I think so ;-)
You have to check a lot of parameters.
First try feature design part 2 transfer ext/ext an if you want by onhook.

Hi Maulwurf,

Thanks for the quick reply.

Well the parameters you indicated were all right.

What I missed was the joining matrix under the Traffic sharing and barring!

I ticked the right squares and it's ok.

One last question: is it possible to make external trunks connected physically to site B ring on the operator set located in site A?

Thanks and have a nice day.

simple transit case , if transit is allowed and destination is known by the connection site why should it not work ?
