Our client has OXO 5.1
1. calls are disconnected randomly at any extension between 1-2min for external and internal calls, does anybody encountered this problem?

Maybe you have a problem with new software downloading into terminals? Try using Data Saving and swapping--->Terminal downloading and see if there is any change. If not get the last R.5 software release from BPS and download it into your PBX and make a swap with data saving.

Get the system earth, and reading under 1 ohm.
Alot of site's i work at had call drop outs untill i had them do this, now its all good.
