Importing and exporting data from omni pcx to omnivista and also exporting data from omnivista to omni pcx

I am new to omni vista and omni pcx. I have old omni pcx in work and i want to use it. I have set up omni vista in a server but i donot know how to import data from omni pcx. I want also to add new users and add some new features. Plz help me. Thanx in advance.
