voicemail light stays on

Omnivista 4760, IPTouch 4038
Hi all, newbie here. I have a phone that says it has 2 missed calls and the message lamp is on. I go through the menus and I don't see any missed calls, texts, nothing. I have unplugged the phone and plugged it back in, same thing. Any ideas?

i think someone has deactivated the isdnuser internal/external in userconfiguration. activate it... delete the unanswered calls... deactivate again isdnuser if not needed...
