Call Accounting and Tracing Assistance Request

Trying to use Omnivista (version 4760.5.2.03.00) to look historically and determine when one of our extensions dialed an outbound number. Searched forums for another post but I may be using the wrong terminology to find this.

For posterity there are 2 ways that we found to do this.

1) Have the foresight to know it is something you will need and have a report running.
2) Dig through the accounting tab of the records looking at each extension - time consuming and no way to filter by outbound call, but this is the manner in which we eventually solved the problem.

see under 4760server /repport module there are lotof predefined repports
