Configure CALL LOG feature on oxe R11

Hi,

I want to activate CALL LOG feature on an R11 OXE.

I have enabled Call Log Server : System\Other System Params\Local Facilities Parameters\Enable Call Log Server.

I've created a prefix "Call Log" (set feature) and I've authorised the feature on Phone Facilities Categories.

When I compose the prefix, message "Service not Authorized".

I don't find any documentation on BPWS for Call Log?

Do you know the procedure?

Works only on IP Touch Extended Edition or 80xx...

I also cannot get it working on R11.2.2 on a 8028. It is enabled in call log server (true) and users tel facilities category. Prefix #83 also created. get feature rejected after simulating some test calls and trying to use call log (button configured with #83). Also does not appear from message light key of answered calls.

After handset restart I have been able to get the call log feature to work but only by going through the mail button and pressing call log softkey. The prefix key still says "feature rejected" even after cross checking the content.

I can able to access call log prefix in 8028 in R11.1

Is help required for Any body ?
