Hi All,
Can anyone share some thoughts if Services sap ingress /egress data throughput monitoring is possible on 7750, 7705 and 7210 ALU products ?
If it is then what it is? Would "collect-states" be enough under sap ingress and egress to allow us the ingress /egress throughput monitoring on per service base?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at the TIMETRA-SAP-MIB.

You can SNMP poll objects in the sapBaseStatsTable for ingress and egress forwarded packets.

Here are some SNMP objects from the TIMETRA-SAP-MIB you could poll using Cacti for SAP ingress/egress stats. You'd need to create the XML configuration to add these to Cacti.

sapBaseStatsIngressQchipForwardedInProfOctets (.1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.4.3.6.1.12)
sapBaseStatsIngressQchipForwardedOutProfOctets (.1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.4.3.6.1.14)

sapBaseStatsEgressQchipForwardedInProfOctets (.1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.4.3.6.1.20)
sapBaseStatsEgressQchipForwardedOutProfOctets (.1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.4.3.6.1.22)

you can use PRTG application, just add the MIB's of 7705 in the MIBs of PRTG and then enable snmp with credential information on both side, then the PRTG can create a sensor depending on the port or SAP and read the ingress/egress also you can monitor the subnet it self,

I do via zabbix, but I do not have a template that will serve you since changing the position of the plates changes everything ... but you can use The Dude to get the OIDs with his snmpwalk
