How to check incoming calls to an specific number???

Hi there,
I´ve received a request for getting phone logs of inbound calls to an specific number and specific date and time in the past.
How can i get this information? If you need further information, please let me know.

You need Omnivista or any taxation software that collects that information for you. Of course assuming you have the license for any of them.

If accounting application managed (you have TAXA*****.DAT files) - check with "accview -tf" command - may be you can check this information on your system.
If no - ask your provider.

How long will they be stored on OXE CPU so OP can have an idea if requirement is even possible or not?

I have access to Ominivista and from there I can telent de CPUs. when I type "accview -tf" command, I can see a lot of TAXA*****.DAT files ordered by date and hour. How can I upload these files?

If you have no this files (I do not know - accounting not managed or licences absent) - files absent. You have one possibilities - ask detailed billing from your provider.

By default - accounting tickets not stored
Needed licenses (and can be some specific problem with private / QSIG/ ABC-F TG)
Stored - by default 31 days (up to 99) in OXE.
