ALU 7330 Routing Issue

Hello,

I am trying to run RFC 2544 testing using the ALU 7330 ISAM and NVLT-K card. DSL modem is trained using VDSL2 8B and has static IP. I was using VLAN in residential bridge mode but ARP does not forward. After researching the issue I believe I need a VRF and IP aware router. Can anyone that has used VRF in the past share their configuration with me?
