otbr.sh backup host

I'm restoring an OTMS database, first I do the command "otbr.sh backup host" from my previous OTMS and next the command "otbr.sh restore" All data was restoring except messages from voicemail, I miss something or it's impossible to restore messages from voicemail?

Transfer them via ftp or similar. Media files are not considered critical.

I'm using WinSCP for transfer. The backup obtained by "otbr.sh backup host" contains messages from voicemail? beacause I do a backup using "otbr.sh backup VMS" and I have big files too.

After backup, I put them in /var/backup/tmp it's good ?
