SIP TRUNK OXE TO OXO

Hello everyone,
I created a DEMO for a new installation, in order to connect OXE R10.0 with an OXO R10.1 via SIP trunk. The OXE is already deployed in Cyprus and the OXO will be deployed in Malta. The SIP connection between them is successful in terms of internal calls. The problems I am facing are the following 2:
1. If someone from Cyprus wants to call a Maltese number, to use the OXO as a transit. On both system no. 0 is the ARS prefix for external ISDN calls. I've in the Disc. Rule of OXE the international code of Malta (00356) and I send the phone call with ARS through the SIP trunk. I remove the first five numbers and I add 0. The call fails though.
2. When I call internally from OXE to OXO (or vice versa), on OXO I can see the name of the OXE user. On OXE I see Bxxxx. Also when an OXO user leaves unanswered call on an OXE user, this call is displayed as an External unanswered call instead of Internal.
If anyone has any ideas on how to solve these problems, it would be very helpful. Thanks in advance
