Re installing 4760 server

I'm not a 100% sure if this is the right place but I've got a super beginner question.
I broke my 4760 ldap service trying to fix another issue but I have a backup of it under the 4760_arc. So right now I cant log into the client. I want to uninstall the 4760 server and re install it to allow me access to the client again and the restore the backup. I have the documentation to install/uninstall. However since I'm pretty good at breaking this phone system I wanted to know if there would be any down time or issues during the reinstall process. I Believe the 4760 server is just the GUI for the pbx so it shouldnt be a problem. I would hate to uninstall it and everything goes down in the middle of the day or I cant get it to install correctly or something and all of my phones stop working. A little clarification would be super helpful.

Correct just the admin tool, no downtime of the PBX go for it and good luck
