Cannot connect to PBX after change PBX and 4760 Server IP

Post by hunggundam »

Hi All,

I have TWIN CPU Release 9.1 and 4760 Release R5.2. It is work fine before 2 years.
At Nov, we changed OXE Security = Isloate Ethernet interface and TCP access = ACTIVE. OXE will become to use SSH and SFTP. After changed, 4760 cannot synchronizate with OXE by Scheduler-Daily Job. It is because 4760 have not security license.
4760 was not synchronizate with OXE over 30 days.
At last day, we changed PBX, 4760PC IP and add one LAN Card in 4760 Server.
4760 Server PC IP (OLD) = 10.1.1.125 on PC LAN-1 (Keep IP Address in 4760 PC)
4760 Server PC IP (New) = 192.168.2.125 on PC LAN-2 (add one LAN Card in same PC)
4760 Client is install at 4760 Server PC
OXE IP (Old): 10.1.1.180
OXE IP (New): 192.168.2.180

Now, 4760 PC can ping to OXE 192.168.2.180. We try to login 4760 and it will show a error "Timed out: 4760 server could not vertify license corresponding to the declaration node; too much time has elapsed".And it just show Directory and Scheduler. i tried to run as below ;
- Run 4760/bin/ntsvcexClient.exe
- Select File-->Open
--> Click on Registry search
--> Input Host: IP address of 4760 PC >>> It just can search 4760 PC Name (Name: 4760 PC Server, not entry 4760 PC IP 192.168.2.125)
--> Select Service: SynchLdapPbx >>>> it have not "SynchLdapPbx" on ntsvcex service, just have "AuditServer, ExecdEx, LicenseServer......etc" So, i cannot carry out as below procedurce.

--> Click on OK button
- From item listing click SynchLdapPbx
- Double-click CompleteLoad
--> Locate and double-click tk_string
---> Set Value: 1
---> Click OK button
- Wait for complete synchronization by reading file 4760/log/NMCSynchldapPbx_x.log
- After, restart OmniVista 4760 PC

And i tried to synchronizate by manual but not work. Directory > System > nmc > right click > synchronization > complete

Any idea for that?

Thank

Eric
