CCD Starter with CCS

Hello people

We have the CCD Starter Pack with CCS Software installed on one of our PCs. Currently, we are required to run the reports manually for all the queues.

Please if you can let me know if it is possible to run automatic reports to emails. The CCS will run the reports auomatically and send the email the report to the supervisor daily/weekly/monthly.

hi, its possible to setup pre complied reports that are run daily/weekly/monthly. these are saved to a directory sepcified in the ccs.ini file.
CCS has no email intergration for the reports but if saved in a network drive location they will be accessable for staff to collect.
