No Voice from OXO to OXE

Hi,

I have OXE and two OXO systems connected on SIP, Internal and External calls work fine.

scenario:

OXE range 1000 - 1999
OXO range 2100 - 2199

on OXE user 1000 associate set declared as 1001,

if OXE user 1999 called 1000, after 4 rings calls forward to 1001 and its work fine
if OXO user 2100 called 1000, after 4 rings calls forward to 1001 and its ringing, once they answered no voice both side

any idea..?

Traces?
1001 in the same IP domain as 1000?

yes its in the same IP domain

1000 and 1001 - TDM or IP sets
SIP TG (OXE) - ABC-F or T2 all countries
prefix "PBX address in DPNSS" - was created or not

hi Vad,
All the users are IP sets ( OXO and OXE )
SIP TG : ABC-F
PBX address in DPNSS : created

the problem only on Associated routing condition, whereas pickup, transfer and hunting groups working properly
