I want to edit this message to something like "Call number 71006" is this possible. I know the right thing is getting the correct OPS but can i do this in the meantime whilst waiting for them.

That string can be found on the file XXX_STU, where XXX is language (ie for Generig English, XXX is GEA, so the file is GEA_STU).
Better backup the original file.
A shut is necessary.
