I have a LAB configuration for campus sloution
follow is my configuration
1.node 2 and Node 3 is E1 abc-linke and enable broadcast，the node 2 extension is 2xx，node 3 is 3xx
2. create IBS in node 2 and node 3，the PLI for CTM is 27
3.the node 2 Pari Value is 10000436070
4.the node 3 pari value is 10000436074
5. create INFOTS board link in node 2 and node 3，the node 2 is master node node 3 is slave
6.modify campus PLI 28 in node 2 and node 3
7.create campus node 0 in node 2 and node 3
8.create shell mobile user 299 in node 2 and 399 in node 3
9.registered mobile user 210 in node 2 and use command dectsets confirm the PLI is 28 for campus PLI

Which settings are incorrect or missing？
do i need enable the roaming feature in mobile user 210 ?
i have test the roaming enable/disable，the user is in communication ， from node 2 ibs radio coverage move to node 3 IBS radio coverage ,the call will be release？
