cannot find Devs "/flash" on miniboot

HI all,

Our switch 6450 have some problem and cannot booting up stuck on miniboot, i cannot run disaster recovery too because thereis no devs "flash" on miniboot like this :

[Miniboot]->pwd

any body can help ? how to make devs /flash ?
