soft sip phone disconnection issue

Dear All,
I have sip phone licences i create sip extension & integrated with my samsung android mobile with c sip application all features are working fine but when anybody calls on my sip no call comes properly when i disconnect the call on my mobile call get disconnect but other end the dialer user was continuos getting the ring on his extension/mobile. how can i troubleshoot the issue.

ISSUE discription -:
when i attend the call & then disconnect both calls (dialer & receiver) are disconnet at same time..
but if i disconnect without received then call is disconnect on my mobile but dialer was continuos getting ringtone ..


Kindly please provide me the solution ASAP.

Your sip application - send disconnect or just mute ringer?

Dear Vad Sir,
I have not find any option in sip application which provide the disconnection functionalty.

kindly please suggest the option if possible.

Dear Vad Sir,
In internal Call i when i disconnet the call which is coming on my c sip application,
I found at same time dialer end phone also diconnect properly

My observation is the problem is coming only in trunk call (external call).

So kindly please tell me how can i troubleshoot the problem.

Traced or any other cammand please tell me.

yes use traced command after setting the trace level i.e.
motortrace 3
traced
^c ( to stop)
what type of trunks do you have as you say incoming trunk calls only.
from that we guess.
extn to sip ok
sip to extn ok
sip to trunk ok
trunk to sip bad
